Revised proposal to our Guests

For the accommodation of the World Reunion guests, we propose to use Famulus Hotel Győr, out of the two hotels (Famulus, IBIS) originally recommended, taking into consideration the reservations done by 20 March 2024. The Famulus Hotel will be the venue for the Commemorative Conference on 5 July 2024 and a shuttle bus service will be provided from/to this hotel for the duration of the Reunion.

THE BOOKING FORM HERE BELOW MUST BE DOWNLOADED AND COMPLETED (the PDF document can be filled in by using the appropriate PDF function on a computer or by hand on a printed version). THE BOOKING FORM MUST BE SENT AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT TO THE HOTEL USING THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON THE FORM.

RESERVATIONS ARE MADE AT THE GUESTS’ OWN EXPENSE AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS ARE SPECIFIED ON THE RESERVATION FORMS.
